Synopsis: Direct painting (or “alla prima”), is characterized by its freshness, expressiveness and precision. This workshop aims to stimulate or refine three fundamentals of “alla prima” painting: synthesis in the initial drawing, freshness in the brushwork, and flexibility in the process. It will consist of a 5 hour class with a live model.
